Seems like the best deal for both parties. Stafford has more in the tank and the Rams aren't going to find anyone better in the near term in the draft or out of free agency.

I know its college but I think we were talking about Byron getting an NFL head coaching job in here? Glad to see him land in such a positive environment with Faulk now too!

TB OC to college assistant is a huge step backwards regardless of program IMO, and Deion will get a HC spot before Byron does. All this does, along with Faulk and Sapp on staff, is get more kids to transfer there to play for former pro players and NIL$.
