1) JuiceBox Pro at the mountain house started acting flaky. didn't start the Buzz charging at 10 PM one Friday night in particular. I'm thus replacing it with a refurb Grizzl-E Smart.

(the JuiceBox will live on as a second EVSE here in Denver, throttled to 24 or 32A since I'll be a bit up against the limit of my upgraded-to-200A service given all electric appliances, the other EVSE, the forthcoming heat pump, and the swim spa heater.)

2) got the garage done up at the mountain house. they tried to fill in a bit to minimize the waviness that leads to snow melt puddling here and there. I also got a TruContain mat for the floor, too: a 8'6" x 20' low edged kiddie pool for the car, basically. it should collect the melt and then one squeegees it off and out the door periodically.

anyway, I'd post the finished product but img.nasioc is just stupid. polyaspartic over epoxy. added traction grit.

3) this weekend will be our last for the ski season. then bringing all our ski gear back with us and turning the house over to renters until winter comes around once again.

How frequently is it rented out when you aren’t there in ski season? What about the rest of the year?

right now April is about 50% occupancy, May ~10%, June and July ~60%, August 15%, Sept nearly empty, Oct and Nov untouched.

the smaller 2-3 day chunks will fill in with dynamic pricing closer to the dates, too. last year July was rented all but for 2 days iirc.

and for when we aren't blocking it in ski season it always rents, because those are high season weeks (Christmas, New Years, Presidents Day weekend, spring break coming up).
