Default WRX Concept Emblem

Does anyone know what company produced this emblem or any automotive companies that make oem automotive emblems that might do a custom job?

https://www.carbodydesign.com/media/...ont-Grille.jpg

I really want to buy the one they had on their concept car but I don't want it to be out of a 3 dollar abs plastic. I wouldn't mind paying a couple hundred dollars for a quality piece if was actually oem quality.

Thanks.

Try emblemart. They do custom emblems.

I asked them. Terrible customer service and they don't have any kind of ability to make stuff other than 3d printed junk. I don't recommend that company.

you can try billet badges in california, i'm using them to make a impossible to get "RA-R" trunk badge. But you will need alot of content on that badge, like dimensions, photos/videos help, color code/examples to use, ect.

Can you use cad? or inventor? You should be able to go any legit machine shop and get something made if you have a legit drawing. Yes, it could cost you literally hundreds of dollars depending on what you want done. if you want that "glowing" green translucent like acrylic a few things can be done, a plastics fabricator can have a mold made of the wrx logo(chances are they would need to be different to avoid any legal copyright complications.. or not idk..) and then use mold injection to create the logo out of the material you want. again... itll be expensive due to the cost of the mold. or you can have a machine shop machine letters for you out of some other high quality plastic. Machining acrylic isnt easy to make clear so it would need to then be polished. which now the price is going to skyrocket and you wont get a factory look. Lastly, you can maybe have one machined out of aluminum and have it custom anodized. some metal finishing shops can do some BADASS anno and make it fade colors or translucent annos and stuff. so now, cost of machining the aluminum plus the small batch cost of anno. several hundred dollars.

This looks like laser cut acrylic, such as described here:

https://www.epiloglaser.com/how-it-w...tting-acrylic/

...I can't tell from the picture if it also has LED side lighting or that's just natural daylight hitting it.

For the acrylic, I'm sure you can find someone on Etsy that will cut it for you. Here's a start:

https://www.etsy.com/market/laser_cut_acrylic

The top result on Etsy actually looks like the piece you're looking for.

Direct link: https://www.etsy.com/listing/5211000...chon-laser-cut

You would need to supply whoever you choose to cut it with a vector image of the logo (.eps .ai etc format)... some people but not all are willing to take ultra-high resolution non vector files (.jpg etc.) and just make the vector themselves... but they need it since they basically are printing from the vector image.

My go-to for vector images Brandsoftheworld.com appears to have the older style WRX logos but not the newer one that you're looking for - a search on Google should help find it

Then if it has an LED I would just rig it up with an LED yourself. Speaking from experience it isn't terribly hard and there are plenty of DIY write-ups and Youtube videos online. Then you can feel accomplished.

I hope you go through with this, it's a really cool idea and one I haven't seen done
