Fuel lines were never that hard to take off. This method also works very well.

spray wd40 at the end of the hose, use a pair of pliers to twist the hose at the end so the wd40 will work it's way into the hose. after a few twists, the hose will be free.

edit, damnit wagonjoe beat me to it.

id have to recommend PB blaster only for imprezas, WD40 should only be used on Legacys.
