Default I think I have my first ever hangover... I think.

So yesterday I was doing a going away party type thing with some co-workers and friends as it was the end of my contract and I was being sent to another location... Didn't drink enough water, too many energy drinks from lack of sleep the previous day, and waaaay too much cognac (2oz with two ice cubes x 6 or 7, yeah kill me for the ice). I hardly ever drink other than a beer here or there.

I woke up fatigued as hell, with the shakes, and liquid cosby kids No head ache however, I never get headaches)

I guess this is a hangover? I tried to drink a bunch of water after, guess it wasn't enough.

Blah, want to drink more to get rid of this damn feeling...

I don't think it was the alcohol alone, it was the lack of sleep and water mixed with too many energy drinks and salty ass food.

Bleh.

It is a bit weird to see someone only getting their first hangover at 27. I am dying in work today because of last night for our pool league. 10 $7.00 pitchers between 5 guys and 4 free liquid heroin shots from the bar afterwards does not mix well when you have to get up for work the next day.
Drink milk and take antacid for hangovers, it neutralizes the acid created from your body digesting the alcohol or something like that.

yeah my first 2 day hangover was awful, I wasn't sure if I just wanted to die, or if I was actually going to die.

Yup.

Shakiness & fatigue? Sounds like a mild case of dehydration. Gatorade helps also.

I'm 24 and have yet to have a hangover. I've drank enough to black out before but still no hangover... not looking forward to the day I drink enough to have one.

Yeah, same here. I'm always in good shape and drink tons of water after I drink so I don't get a hang over... I guess I'm slipping.
