Default 2008 Subie Impreza 2.5i Passenger Side Rear Cam Plug Blowing Out Fix?

I've been having a problem with a 2008 Subaru Impreza 2.5i NA that keeps blowing the passenger side rear cam seal out under higher RPM's. It will reliably do it on a short test drive. Checked PCV valve and all hoses and they function properly and are free of obstructions. No excessive blowby coming out of oil cap with engine running either. The only other thing that can cause it to pop out would be oil pressure, so I'm assuming a plugged up oil return passage in that cylinder head or the block itself.

Has anyone else ever ran into this issue and what was the fix for it? Ended up making a retainer plate that utilized the three holes near the rear cam seal on that side. Threaded with M6-1.00 tap and drilled out thin piece of aluminum sized to fit the holes and used 2 nuts per hole to space it out evenly and not put pressure on the seal. I'd like a more permanent solution so I need some advice.

Thanks in advance!

Has the head been off that side of the engine for repair? Possibly had the top cam carrier plate off and resealed? Gobbed a ton of Fujibond in to seal the cap?
If so then there is probably Fujibond and/or debris in the oil drain holes on the back side of the castings. Here is a photo of the rear of a right bank head - see those two holes above/below the camshaft? If those get clogged normal oil seep from that cam journal will eventually build pressure and blow the cap out. Higher RPM = higher oil pressure.

I have had that happen, I replaced it with a new one, banged it in with engine installed, was not an issue after that. I want to say there is a bracket that can bolt back there to hold it in, but I might be remembering another seal retainer
