Russell Wilson hasn't requested a trade.
But if the SeaChickens decided to deal him, he would only consider:

Raiders
Bears
Cowboys
Saints.

He did storm out after he wasn't heard about "fixing the offense."

One of those teams is a Russell Wilson away from competing.

Abother one of those teams is a Russell Wilson away from winning 7 games in the NFC East

Watson's agent couldn't let Wilson steal the spotlight and his deal...

Just swap the two and call it a day

I kind of feel bad for the Texans' new coach because it's clear that Watson's beef isn't really with him but with the entire organization and the mismanagement of it all. Kind of a ****ty place to be a new head coach in but what can ya do.

I don't buy it for a second.

He really only will accept the Saints and maybe the Raiders as they have the personell that he wants so as to win a SuperBowl.

The Cowboys won't fix their defense with Wilson there so that's a no and the Bears are a dumpster fire with an imploding offense and no offensive line. One of the reasons why Wilson wants out is that he doesn't want to keep getting hit/killed anymore.

I don't feel bad for him. He's been in the league for 300 years and never even sniffed a OC/DC offer let alone head coach. He's gonna make $10 million to be the tank commander. He knows that's what his role is and that he'll be retiring in a few years.

Most recently, the Ravens WR coach and now the new HC of the Texans. He's been a coach since the 70's and an NFL coach since the 90's and never been more than an assistant/position coach.

There's a report out in the last 24H that the NFL has made a new offer to the Mouse for MNF, that would include returning ABC into the SB rotation, for the low low price of $3.8B

That is exactly double what Disney paid for the current contract which expires after this upcoming season.

Sure, this is just the beginning of negotiations but Goodell and company are out of their gourds if they think they are going to bully their way into better deals than what are currently on the books.

There isn't a pro sport in the US that has seen a ratings increase during the life of their current TV deals. I don't see any network agreeing to much more than what they previously negotiated, forget double

Disney CEO Bob Chapek was quoted "The NFL has a deal they think makes sense and we will only make a deal that makes sense for our investors"

I'm sure CBS/FOX/NBC are hoping they tell them to get bent, for all their sakes, as the other contracts are up after 2022.

I think trading away DHop for next to nothing was a big part of it.

WFT and Alex Smith are parting ways in the coming days per sources. I am wondering if they can buy him out instead of releasing him to save some $$. Either way, it saves them $14m if they release him.

Probably the moron franchise that offered him the most money.

That is a **** ton of a cash for a dude who wasn't capable of playing full series of downs last year.

Thought the same thing. Figured he'd want to go some place where they have a shot at a ring.

Money talks.

Someplace like GB offers you 1/4-1/2 of that and the whole “I want to win” turns into something totally different.

The Cards are on the way up. Murray is the real deal and they already have DHop.

I’d imagine the NFC West is also attractive given the warmer climates the teams play in. No playing home games on the 20 degree tundra like he would be in GB or having to go to Chicago in the dead of winter.

There's a joke to be made about the Texans getting almost as much for JJ going to the Cardinals as they did for Hopkins
