An open letter from Patrick Wergin, General Manager, Annapolis Subaru
149 Old Solomon’s Island Road
Annapolis, MD 21401 April 5, 2007 Dear NASIOC Members, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you, the Subaru enthusiast community, for helping to transform our location into the premier Subaru dealership in the MD/VA/DC area. With your help we have been able to secure the number one position in sales and service in our district in 2005 and 2006. Our parts department, spearheaded by NASIOC’s own Jackie Whetzler, continues to smash every goal set for them on a daily basis. None of this would have been possible without your support. The car business is in a state of reform. We know that the key to success comes through earning the trust and support of the people that built the brand to what it is today. I can promise you that as before, every time you visit our dealership you will be greeted by friendly staff, clean surroundings, and the highest value product available. Our ideals will never waiver from what has made us the success that we are today. We drive what we sell and aim to earn your business for a lifetime – not exactly an easy task with a brand that has the lowest turnover rate in the industry! To express the gratitude of our dealership I would like to invite all of you, your friends, and family to attend our second-annual enthusiast meet here at Annapolis Subaru. Join us on Saturday April 28th for an afternoon of camaraderie, food, fun, music, product demonstrations, giveaways, and more. If there is ever anything we can do to make your ownership experience better, please let me know. You can reach me directly through email or by phone with the contact information below. Thank you once again for your devotion and support. None of us would be where we are today without it. Signed, Patrick Wergin General Manager, Annapolis Subaru [email protected] 443.837.1402

Annapolis Subaru is in fact the best Subie dealership around. I constantly send people your way for sales, service and parts. Thanks so much for being so supportive of the Subaru community. Without dealerships such as Annapolis, the Maryland Subaru community would surely be at a loss for a dependable, customer oriented dealership.
Thanks for all you guys do, Joe |

I just hope they're paying Jackie enough. She continues to go above and beyond the norm for ordering parts. I hope that Annapolis Subaru realizes that she's a big part of why we order from that shop as opposed to other vendors.

Jackie is the reason why I first went to them and decided to get a car from them. Andy did a great job, was fair and honest. Everyone there was really nice. I will be there!!
