Default 2002 Wrx only making 11psi of boost. Help!

I have a 02 wrx with a grimspeed boost controller thats recently only hitting 11psi maybe occasionally 12-13. I recently got done doing alot of mods a few weeks ago (new trans clutch flywheel tgv delete injectors vented pcv to atmosphere Headers up pipe etc) however boost seemed fine after those mods so i don't think it was a problem with the mods. It was hitting 13-15psi before because thats what my tune was. However i noticed it may have been less but i figured maybe i imagined it so i flashed on a new tune for about 17psi since my clutch was broken in and that's when i really noticed it because it only really hits 11psi. Here is some diagnosis i did hopefully it helps. All 3 boost controller lines are plummed correctly and have no damage. I did the methods of soapy water and brake cleaner to find boost leaks and couldn't find anything. I unplugged my boost controller and it only hit about 5psi sluggishly basically wastegate i think. And i hear my boost controller clicking so it appears to be doing something. I also unplugged the line to the wastegate actuator and it hit 17psi and seemed to goto infinity if i had let it. So that could rule out bad turbo or boost leaks (i think, idk im not very smart). Also resetting ecu didn't help anything either. Im at a loss because idk what else it could be. I hope you could be of help, ill answer any questions immediately to get it resolved I'm really confused. Thanks!

checking your fuel trims might reveal something. Youre looking at AF Learning A B C D on an accessport, or if you are using RR post a screen shot of your learning view.

im opensource tuned not with access port. idk what those are. however. i changed the WGDC% myself and turned it up to about 56% and it made 15psi. idk if thats normal boost for that much duty cycle with a 3 port. anyway here are some logs for that adjustment

if the problem has only recently appeared then tuning around it is the wrong solution. you need to address whats actually causing the problem. adding wgdc may just cause a cascade of other problems to occur or exacerbate something that is now undiagnosed.

The link was not usable you can post pictures hosted on nasioc or links through google drive or google sheets.

further is the learning view snap shot taken before or after adjusting wgdc? if the learning view information is exactracted after flashing a different tune then information is meaningless, the data in there is aggregated while the vehicle is being operated.

ok sorry the links didn't work. well at around 57wgdc% it can hit about 16-17psi but now the issue is it fluctuates alot from 13-18psi up and down. most pronounced under partial throttle.

The files require you to allow access to anyone with the link. I cannot see them without a change in permissions.

Also If you added wgdc to the table then youre not fixing the issue, you need to diagnose whats actually causing the drop in boost. thats why youre getting fluctuations in boost at part throttle

sorry the links are not working. I've not been able to figure out what has caused the issue in the first place

Default JDM motor?

The jdm 2.0 motors (obviously from japan) come with banjo bolts near the turbo that have screens in them, maybe oil is getting clogged in these screens. If its a usdm motor make sure you have no boost leaks, are you blowing white smoke out of your exhaust? That would signify a bad turbo seal.

Something I just thought of. Did you just install the Grimm Speed Boost controller? And is it manual or electronic?
