How can you gerrymander a Senate seat?

Not so much that, but even if your party has 100% of the House, it doesn't help as much if you are deadlocked in the Senate by design.

I guess it prevents the other party from being able to ever intro their own legislation, but you'd still have to appease at least 10 on the other side in the Senate to get it thru ratjer than just relying on your party to ram it thru each time.

I was today years old when I realized Jabba the Hutt was laying around 100% naked. Everybody else in his palace had on some sort of clothing. But not Jabba. The horny bastard.

We should allocate more resources towards exploring the deep ocean for no reason other than seeing more crazy crap that lives there. Deep sea creatures are weird as hell. And they exist, they're down there RIGHT NOW. If they need to crowdsource funding, I'll throw in my buck o' five.

And I'd like to nominate Jeff Goldblum to man the submersible, while he's sky high on edibles. Each trip will be a 6 hour long BBC documentary narrated by Sir David Attenborough and I'd like to watch each one in an Imax theater. If I ever become an eccentric multi-billionaire, I will make this happen.

Have you watched “The world according to Jeff Goldblum”? He’s a great presenter/host.

I have a vague memory from my childhood. We used to watch scary movies, then I'd want to watch a nature show before bed for reasons.
Up late watching a deep sea show, I swear something went past the sub and into a small cave - on two legs. I have never found this show again.

I woke up yesterday pretty sure that this was an alternate dystopian universe.
Nothing since then has changed my mind.

OTOH, I found my snowblower mittens in a drawer, and later got some pie, so that was nice.

Everything says the world has never been better by many measures like violence, disease and hunger. Yet it's still complete and utter **** when you scrape off the thin crust of superficial goodness much like exist in every dystopian story. Everything is great but everyone is still unhappy.

Don't quote me on this but I heard he was hired as a fluffer. A fluffer is a person employed to keep a porn performer's penis erect on the set. After setting up the desired angle, the director asks the actors to hold position and calls for the fluffer to "fluff" the actors for the shot. These duties are considered part of the makeup department. While fluffing does not necessarily involve touching the actors, it could entail sexual acts such as fellatio or non-penetrative sex.

Unfortunately, this is a very American attitude to be unhappy. Other places worse off than here are even happier, but materialism, alienation, and over-competition breed the feelings you've described.

And that gets to me making me wonder more WTF is wrong. The whole "kids in Africa are starving so eat your peas" situation. My belly is full, my whistle is wet, I'm warm and have a decently stable living sitch' even though I'm rooming with someone right now. But holy **** "happy" doesn't factor into my day to day. I'm sure my whining would seem less tolerable to someone living hand to mouth in a real 3rd world country than it is me trying to watch a sweet sixteen b-day girl have a meltdown about getting the wrong brand new luxury car at a party that cost more than my annual expenses.

tl : dr = I know right?
