Just for kicks I've been paying attention to the temps on my P6. It's 86-89F when I take it out of my pocket. During the rapid charge phase the back of the phone feels a bit hotter, but it's still only 96-98F for a short period of time then back down around 88f. I really don't think that extra 10 degrees is anything to worry about.

I have the regular pixel buds, not the A. My case battery was low so I put it on my 6 pro to charge it up but it's just pointless. The glass is so slick that the case just spins around like an air hockey puck then falls off.

December update for the Pixel 6/6 Pro is rolling out. Seeing conflicting reports about it not being available for the US yet.

Nothing on Fi. My Pixel Buds A did just get the firmware update a few mins ago.

I'm sick of my pixel buds. I used to love them but for the last few months, they're slow to connect, especially the left ear. At work I wear only one at a time so I can still hear what I need to but if I pull the other one out of the case and put it in then take the one I've been using out to charge, it's not longer seamless. It used to connect and start playing immediately and wouldn't cut out when I put the other one away. Now it cuts out and takes a good 10-15 seconds to reconnect. It's obnoxious and did it with my 4a 5g and now my 6 pro. I tried a reset and everything but I think I'm just going to get different buds.

Still nothing. I thought they would send it over yesterday, as many outlets announced, but I keep checking and there's nothing yet.
It is supposedly a pretty comprehensive one and hopefully, it will fix my fail to wake issue (mentioned on the update release list)

I've really enjoyed my Galaxy Buds+. Technically I'm on my second set because my first set stopped working suddenly. Maybe I'm tired, but I don't remember if they stopped connecting or didn't power on. Regardless, I submitted a work order through Samsung via my profile on their site and I get a new set in less than 7 days. Been happy with the new set for a few months now.

I also wear one bud at work, but the ambient noise cancellation is rather excellent and I can get away with wearing both if I wanted to. I just don't like the liability just in case I'm wrong and don't hear something or someone I would've otherwise heard. Audio quality and battery life are excellent.

I will also add that the charging case is pretty durable where the paint finish is concerned. I'm not gentle with the case. It's in my pocket along with keys and box cutters, among other things. Barely any noticeable wear on the paint finish.

So... my dad had an LG Cosmos 3 phone and Verizon keeps sending emails/flyers telling him to switch because it's obsolete... So he got his 1st smartphone yesterday and is NOT happy...

Feel bad for him. It's like all foreign to him but my mom wanted a new phone (she already has a smartphone - her S7 was dead) so she forced him to upgrade too.. lol

Pops called me around dinner time... Started with "don't tell your mom I called you to complain about this new smartphone."

I'm like uh oh... He wants a smaller phone.. He's a cheap ass and asked if he can go back to the "flip phone" that just does phone calls.. I'm like dad it will eventually stop working.

I might swing by the Xfinity store during work tomorrow as I'll be out that way and see what they can do for him. Might see what the iPhone costs like teamjordan said..
