Jr. and Prime have been doing a lot of testing with their drag car and the Moore Performance intake manifold, they could be waiting until that is over or at least starts to slow down to start testing these possibly. Jr. is also spending a lot of time currently on finishing his personal GC as shown in his journal. IMO it looks like, at least from the outside, they have testing this header very low on their priority list.

Yeah. That's what I figure, and makes total sense. I understand the importance of shop priorities.

Nasiocs attachment features SUCKS, but here is the link and or even possibly the picture of my comparison.. if the page feels like working properly.

MAP HEADER vs AP EL( not the best, and AP may suck in general, but its a decent header )

As much as I dislike some of MAPs business practices, I can honestly say the header is a good piece.

While the gains are not as drastic as the original ****ty comparison made, the GAINS are still there. We sent a bore scope down the runners to check the collector and where very surprised to see its a nice design. Overall the header is a good sound design.

This was a direct swap of the header on the same car, on the dyno with the same start and stop AIT/COOLANT temp and 0 changes to the tuning. Boost error was on point, so boost was within .15-.25psi . We made the comparison as equal as humanly possible. It picks up power EVERYWHERE.

Id say its a good value for the money. I also want to thank MAP for having trust in my honesty lol.. They pretty much set themselves up for a huge fail if this thing did not preform. My assumptions where wrong.

Any more data?
Stock header vs MAP, grimmspeed vs MAP?
With the general consensus that the AP header is not that great, I was expecting this to be compared to other 'top' headers and stock.

AP EL makes more power then the stock header, ported crossover pipe and the same **** as the TOMIE, HKS, Maddad, GT SPEC.. The only header worth a **** is the KillerB and the FatHouse header works good as well. The Map header can be added to my list of good headers.

Hey Jr. Not to get too far off topic but... If you have a choice to run either the Invidia 2 bolt style EL Race header, or the OG Perrin small runner EL header. Which would you pick? I know neither are the "best" option...

KillerB themselves (on this forum) confirms that it's not hard to make a header that's better than stock (it's that much of a **** header!).

The real test will be putting the MAP header up against the KillerB. Rather than a header that's just incrementally less ****ter than OEM (The AP).

Hey man. Glad to see you got around to playing with them. Glad you give it the seal of approval. Business practices aside, I still respect the heck out of your opinion. Trusting you with them wasn't to shoot ourselves in the foot really, but to maybe bring some like minded Suby fans closer together.
