I think it would be easier for the members and for your server if the forums were separated by model/MY.

Thumbs up

Good work! I hope that Nick and the moderators aren't taking all the whining too seriously. It looks like a deja vu all over again, it sounded the same when the original WRX forum was closed/moved. Once the dust settled, the forums turned out to be as useful as ever.

Someday the new generation of STi owners will realize that they can learn by mingling with owners of slow cars. The sum of knowledge of the people that have been on these forums for a long time is enormous, and you'll loose access to much of that if you run away to a separate board.

Is it OK with you if I have an opinion and if I express my opinion when solicited to do so?

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and we open to hearing all of them as long as they are rational and have meaning.

So lets keep it civil.

TheWRX
You are 100% correct.

This little shake up will have no affect on this site, as stated when the dust settles everything will be back to business as usual.

thanks

Jay

just a small suggestion to clean up the main page a bit. Perhaps u might have a "Factory turbo" section like b4 and then have the optino of the 2.0, 2.5, and other once inside THAT forum...Similar to the "Impreza" forum setup where u can select 93-01 or 02+ after u go in. Just saying it would clean thing up a bit on the main forum page. Yes, im a n00b, just trying to be a lil productive

I don't see what anyone has to complain about now with a 2.5L Turbo forum.

it's a decent compromise, I think.

can we move the New Members / Faq forum to the first forum on the list, in it's own little grouping?

It's a good try to show somebody cares.
I have really no opinion yet. Looks different but it needs time in case to see how it works.
THX anyway

Your comments on posts are frequently insulting and I wonder why any of us should have to tolerate you.

Nick,
Are you listening? Get this character to behave himself. There
are plenty of others with useful knowledge to share. There is
no room for some character that never learned manners.

For comparison sake, Glenn is a model of helpfulness.

Mc Dade, any efforts you may make to grow up are long overdue.

Oh please, shut up SubEd, be mature and just admit you mispoke! By definition a forum is a place for opinions to be posted, they do not have to be solicited.

I mispoke. I would never, however, tell someone to "shut up". My parents raised me better than that.
