Yeah just autometer guages, maybe I'll upgrade later. Nothing fancy for now.

Default SECS

yeah the SECS has a bunch of diff. stuff you can look at and is user adjustable as far as what it displays. It shows 4 diff. values per page and has 5 pages that you can decide what it shows out of like 20 diff. (sensors?) I do not know where the ECU gets it's boost reading from so I do not know how accurate the SECS is for boost reading, as far as I know it does not have a fuel pressure value(just oil). The EGT value(on the SECS) I think does not work on the STI maybe only the WRX. So I installed an EGT guage for that reason. I hope I answered all questions.

That a pretty nice setup. I notice that you mentioned boost and EGT. What did you select for your third gague? I torn between the SECS and gauges. The SECS is nice and clean and uncluttered looking. You would have all of your gauges in one location. The down side is that it's hard to read a back-lit lcd in daylight. It has some LCD heat washout problem which supposidly is fixed with the new high temperature display. The external sensor (EGT, fuel pressure) that are supposidly going to be available "in a few weeks" have yet to be seen. I'm kind of waiting to see if those sensor will ever be available for the SECS. It would also be nice if they come out with a VFD. But the longer I wait the more I'm leaning twards the Omori STi look gauges (boost/EGT/oil pressure). I may end up doing what you did and go with external gauges + SECS. I think I would do the 52mm Omori(boost/EGT) in the autometer in dash bezel that SubaruStore is selling. Then go with the secs for oil temp/pressure. But I think I'll do the bezzel now and wait for the next gen SECS with VFD.

Where did you order that custom gauge pod for the clock bezel from?

Default where

I bought the SECS from Mark at Quantam Racing....It comes already mounted in the Subaru guage holder(that replaces the factory clock) It is a clean look. I will prob. get the other STI (look) guages at a later date, and install them in the A-pillar guage pod.

Is this what you think my next step should be?...Or are you implying that it already looks like that? Or, maybe you're poking fun of the Autometer guages in the factory subaru guage pod. Anyways thanks. As for the brand, It is Lo-Tek? or something like that....fit is not perfect(a few little issues), but the rubber lining is as straight as the edge of the guage pod. Hope this helps. If I can I'll go and snap a better pic. of the rubber lining.

Looks good. What paint did you paint your a-pillar 3 gauge mount
with? Brand ? color code? How close a match for the factory grey
is it? Mine looks crappy in black. I need to paint it to match but can't find anything that matches closely.

Cheers,

Donovan

The Lotek pillar comes already painted grey(7.99 option) from the factory. The grey is pretty close not perfect but very, very close. This is an A-pillar replacement....and does not attach to the factory A-pillar.
