Z1,
On the fogs, when you say everything needed does that include the bumper beam and foam? |

You do not need a new bumper beam nor foam to install the fogs..they sit at the bottom of the bumper

I am on the hunt for clear JDM fogs. My understanding is that we need the JDM bumper beam and foam to do this mod. Is that not correct?

The JDM fogs do require the JDM bumper beam/foam energy absorber, unless you want to just hack off the ends of your U.S. bumper beam. If you pop off the fog light covers, you'll see that body-colored bar at the top of the openning. That is where the fog light garnish hits. How do I know? Because...
If you compare this to your openning, you'll see what would be in the way. The fog light itself doesn't hit the U.S. beam, because it's recessed behind it. -Mike- |

CreoWRX- love those fogs! Nice job, and I enjoyed your thread about it. Mebbe someday I'll swap the bumper beam out... but not for right now. (too bad...)
STi& LT1- thanks, you inspired me a coupla weeks ago to get the JDM front lip. From what I understand, my spoiler is on US soil, making it's way to me. WhoooHOOoooOO! Now here's my total NooB question- how difficult was the installation?? Those excellent close-up photos you posted (thank you thank you!) showed that it looked totally "factory". Was that difficult to achieve? Supermarkus? You mentioned some of the plastic supports and stuff- how tough is this to install flawlessly ? thanks for any and all help, folks! Russ Rainforth |

I also like the front and rear lip. I have some questions for those of you that already have one
1) How is the fitment? (Two Side tape?) 2) What did you pay I checked Japan Parts out and they are $349.00 plus shipping for front. 3) What's the material its made of Urethane or Fiberglass (or Maybe ABS Plastic)? 4) Who makes it Subaru? Thanks |

I just got my quote back from japanparts.com ... with shipping, it was 128,315 yen shipped to the door, which is about $1050 if my math is right, plus an extra 5% for using a credit card....

Anybody measure how low one of these lips are? It looks like it's not any lower than the front canard peices it replaces.
