News SUBIEFEST 2013 Date Announced

On September 14th, SUBIEFEST will be back for its 8th year!

While relocating to the AAA Speedway Facility in Fontana, CA, SUBIEFEST revitalizes its motorsports roots. Combining the successful elements from previous years, SUBIEFEST 2013 is expected to attract an even larger group of Subaru enthusiasts and specialty Subaru vendors. We will be introducing electrifying new elements never before seen at SUBIEFEST, making it the most exciting Subaru enthusiast event to date.

After two years at the Pomona Fairplex, SUBIEFEST's attendance has more than doubled, boosting it to the largest all Subaru motorsports event in the nation. The event has featured guest appearances from Subaru Rallycross drivers Dave Mirra and Bucky Lasek, games for the whole family, an all Subaru car show, a huge vendor midway, exhaust competition, autocross, and skid pad.

SUBIEFEST 2013 welcomes in a new management team, the same team responsible for bringing the return of the famous Redline Time Attack series and running ExtremeSpeed Track events. This new team promises to deliver a high-powered SUBIEFEST experience while not losing focus on SUBIEFEST's Subaru enthusiast car community roots. With help from Robert Champion of SubieEvents, LLC. the event will continue to grow and expand. "We've worked hard to evolve the SUBIEFEST formula every year to provide an epic experience for current and future Subaru owners and enthusiasts," Robert Champion notes. "The new team will build on this formula while leveraging the experience gained from organizing numerous motorsports events in the Southern California region." Robert looks forward to attending this year's SUBIEFEST and is excited for the transition to the much larger and luxurious AAA Speedway facility for the event.

"With the success of the Subiefest Event in 2012 and all of the wonderful people we had the privilege of meeting last year, how could we miss our chance to participate in this year's SUBIEFEST 2013 Event?" - said Justin Grimm (Owner GrimmSpeed - Custom Subaru Parts Manufacturer )

For 2013, Subiefest is excited to have the following sponsors:

7L Autosport | AQ Motorsports | Berk Technologies | Buddy Club | Clear Bra Pro | Drive Energy Drink | Dirty Impreza | DSPORT | Edge Autosport | Forman Performance | FRS 86 | Garage Life | GrimmSpeed | Hankook Tires | Insurance Certified Auto | Infamous Performance & Tuning | JDM Fanatics | NASIOC | Password JDM | Performance Spec | Puente Hills Subaru | R3 | Race Room Mobile | South Coast Subaru | Subaru of America | Swift Springs | Tiewraps.com | Tire Direct USA | Tuning Technologies | Warbird Machine | Yimi Sport | Your Dream Garage

Mark your calendars and stay tuned for updates!

2012 was much better than 2011, other that the same person winning 3 of the raffle prizes in 2012. That was f'ed up man! Nothing worse than spending money on these tickets only to have one dude win 3 of the raffles. Made me question the fairness of it and if it was rigged or something. There should be a one person limit.

Interested in auto-x. Will I have to pay entry fee + auto-x participation fee?

I'm curious to see which one ends up bigger... subiefest or wicked big. They're both claiming to be the largest events in the country. So after this year only one of them should be able to make that claim.

I hope it's subiefest. looking forward to heading down.

I think they continue to pass each other after each event. I bet Subiefest passes WBM again.
