Compared to the "The Bodyguard" poster, pretty well done.

Trailer #2. A bit more plot. A lot more fun. One of those movies where I could see everything in a trailer and still want to see it. Like a Shane Black movie (still haven't seen Kiss Kiss Bang Bang).

It's definitely on my list! I remember seeing the trailer of that movie and thinking, "Man, Ice Man ain't lookin so hot... Is RDJ still high as a kite?"

Apparently that movie then was like our "The Nice Guys" now, which I bought, so I might just buy it and love it too.

I forgot to report back that Kiss Kiss Bang Bang is FANTASTIC!

Also here's the sequel to Hitman's Bodyguard.

So did anyone watch Hitmans Bodyguard? No replies in here saying they did or if it's any good. I don't even remember hearing about it back in 2017. It can be rented on Amazon for $1.99 so I may just have to find out for myself.

It had some decent laughs and action scenes

... all of which, save for a solid car chase at the end, we're all literally in the maybe seven minutes worth of trailers that dropped before the film.

Not the best from either Reynolds or Jackson.

Yeah I rented it and watched it with a buddy at home. We laughed, but, as mentioned, not much else beyond the trailers. I would say it's a solid rental though. The actors all seemed as if they were having the time of their lives just hanging out and being goody, kind of like Burn After Reading. Probably one of the easiest paychecks well-known actors can make.

6 Underground is Netflix, just as entertaining, more action, and free.

What ever happened to the sequel, The Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard?

Edit: oh, they literally just dropped a trailer for it today

6 Underground was definitely more on the action side, where Bodyguard was mostly comedy.
Both worth checking out.

I didn't think it did well enough to warrant a sequel, but here we are.
