Back in a Subaru! Well, kinda
After selling my wrx a few years ago, im glad to say I'm back in a subaru! Well, my wife's Subaru that is. A 1999 Legacy Outback!
Background: My wife and I have a 2 1/2 year old, another on the way (due in July), a dog and only a 2011 Honda civic si. We needed something a little bigger and for my wife to daily. We were on the hunt to buy a wagon for the past few months when one day, out of the blue, my brother showed up with this little outback! He worked out a deal with a guy he's working for and got this for free! Long story short, he gave it to us as a gift for the new baby. We could not be more thankful! This thing has 167k, the headmaster was done 2k ago and only needed brake work. The plan: Make this the ultimate daily/camping/trip car. So let's begin! Took care of the brakes right away. Front caliper was seizing so we replaced both front calipers and rotors. Replaced the fluid and now this stops on a dime! While we had it in the garage I pulled the lights and gave them a wet sand Also added 6k Led headlight and 3k fogs!

Get an EJ257 and a 6MT and jam it all in there, man.
I wish I had kept my 1998 Legacy GT and swapped it, instead of buying my 2002 WRX. D: |

Looked good when I came out of the house so I had to snag a picture. We just picked up a new truck so now I'm not sure what to do with this thing. Been wanting to get into stage rally so maybe I'll rally cross it and slowly build it into a stage car. |
