Found it. Not a flattering photo with the angle and neck-fat but goes to show the headroom issue: These days I just hide the neck fat with a beard instead. |

I recently rented a Mimi Countryman. Surprising amount of head room. I'm 6'3" and all torso and it fit me just fine.
The Countryman ticks all your boxes except for the reliability portion. So get two? |

How tall are you?
I've got about six inches to spare between the top of my head and the headliner of my 4Runner. |

I looked up my stats on some site that normalized to black and white Army recruit data. Iirc I have the leg length of a 5' 1" recruit, torso from a 6' 1", head from 6' 5" dude. I am a human cartoon character, except I don't think I look that weird in person. (You get used to seeing my knuckles drag on the ground. )

A 10 year old Kia minivan.
Nobody cares if the kids destroy it, or you tear out the oil pan trying to get to your ski destination that you should have taken the Land Cruiser to. Spend the rest on gas money towards the Land Cruiser. You have two kids, there's no such thing as a fun to drive vehicle that fits your needs. |
