Mini stamp christmas for me today. Stamps came back for my spectre II and TiRant 9.

I also accidentally POF MP5K reverse stretch for SBR project.

I did not get to bring the MP5K home though...NICS was down for like 4 hours this afternoon.

BUT I get to shoot more quietly tomorrow.

Will be doing a bakeoff between TiRant 9 and octane 45HD with 9mm end cap.

I'm waiting on 3 more stamps (Tavor can, gemtech Mist and Specwar 7.62), then i will be carting quiet guns to austin for a shoot with some of my company's customers.

And I will also have to do forms for SBRs for the trip.

you only have a problem when you have ammo sitting around in boxes because you ran out of mags to put it in.

friend: " why do you have so many mags?"

me: ::shrug:: " I hate loading mags at the range"

friend "you're retarded"

Other friend " he actually doesn't have an unloaded mag or a round not in a mag in his house"

Friend " absolutely retarded"

Me: ::shrug::

I don't know what I'm going to do about the Scorpion. I'm gonna have to make a large pick up order somewhere in Cheyenne I guess. And find a 3-lug adapter for whatever threading the muzzle is. And SBR it.

Dumb question, anyone with a inner/outer belt set up, what's the little Velcro loop for?

Does anyone know the difference between sights designed for a glock vs sights designed for a 1911? I was under the impression that most pistols use the same dimension dovetails. I'm browsing sights for an M&P and it seems 1911 and glock sights are more readily available and cheaper.

It's M18x1

as for a 3 lug.... you might be better off have a fixed adapter made by a machinist.

Edit: If you have an Octane, Silencerco makes a M18x1 fixed mount adapter for them.

That velco loop is for the outer (or both) belt at the end to secure it from coming loose if you whack it during a draw or reload. I use mine on both inner and out belts (3 layers) combined.

Buy sights specific to your gun. They are all different cuts and heights. The only universal ones are Novak and heinie cuts for 1911's but even a lot of 1911s have their own cuts.

Almost every gun has a different setup, unfortunately. Even within manufacturers, I can't take my P2000 sights and throw them on my USP, for example.

Manventure Outpost. FG is the cheapest @ $8.87 per mag before shipping. FDE and OD are a dollar more, black is all outta stock. Better hurry as they only have like 25k of each color left

In all fairness only some of them are for me, I arranged a group buy of sorts with a couple guys from the office.

Even if you only picked up 5, it comes in around $10.50 per mag shipped.

But you can take your HK45 sights, put them on your P30, then put them on your VP9! And maybe your P2000 since it has a P in it, maybe.

Negative. P30/HK45(C)/VP9 only. P2000 is it's own. It's dumb. (Well, P2000 and P2000SK).

You can't even swap USP & USP Compact. Well, you can, but apparently the heights are different.

Shouldn't be. But you are in New Jersey.

The Shield is a really nice pistol. The only M&P worth owning, imo. Look at the Springfield XDS, too. I bought a .45 XDS for my Dad for his birthday. He loves it.

They're in stock in a lot of places. KYGUNCO was cheapest not including cash discount.

Grabagun has for $900. Palmetto for $850+$17 shipping. KYGUNCO for $850 (cash discount) and free shipping. Paid $875 without the cash discount, and to avoid PSA's ****ty shipping.
Those look like a ton of fun, but only a 10 round mag? Really? Is Kygunco in CA.? Also, they're walking a damn thin line with that "brace".
