You can't know whether the wheels clear based only on width and offset. The spoke design dictates caliper clearance. Some wheels will fit. Others will not.

Also, will the standard 245/35 19Ē Yokohama tires fit...
Those will be pretty stretched on a 9.5" wheel, and you'll definitely be exposing the outer lip to damage from curbs and road debris. But the tires will fit on.

... or would I need 255 or 275 tires?
We run a 265/30R19 on our car using a +40 wheel, but I'm afraid they'll run into the fenders at +35. A 275 would make that problem worse. I'd do a 255 at the widest given your low +35 offset.
