I have a titek downpipe installed and i faced the same dilemma when installed my DP. I just removed that bracket you mentioned and installed a strut bar to reinforce the engine bay. I know it is a bit controversial removing the bracket but I have been driving my Baja daily for 4 yrs and there is no difference in feel. I am about to remove this downpipe and install the same divorced downpipe you're going to install.
I think the invidia is going to clear that bracket because the cat looks smaller than the one I have installed. The cat in the Titek is huge and it forced me to remove the bracket.
If you decide to remove your bracket, you should install the strut bar just to reinforce that area. We are lucky because other subaru models, brackets are welded to the frame.
