Oh Hai Guys! long time no talk - finally a bunch of progress on my ol ****box - spent covid removing the old ignition system and finally wiring up the twelve R8 coilpacks - each pair on its own circuit breaker- the crank and cam position sensors - and I 3d printed an adapter for the webers to use a TPS off a Triumph Triple motorcycle - and got the Haltech Elite all up and running. its been a long couple years
this winter ill be redoing the fueling so I can get the EFI ITBs and injectors up and running
it hunts a bit on idle and off throttle since it cant really control any fueling but the car is now officially scary porsche fast - im guessing about 220bhp and it weighs 2174lbs with 10gal of gas on board
edit: spec refreshers - 1974 shell, 1983 3.0L converted to twin plug 8k rpm valvetrain, 964 EFI cams, 11:1 pistions, Clewitt cam and crank position sensors
