As an update from my reply from soldering all those ground wires, I still have this CEL come up every 200-1000 miles or so. I've been passing inspection by unplugging the battery (resetting the ECU) and driving it about 200 miles before I go get it inspected. Seems to pass that.
I'm going to be bringing my car to Bren Tuning soon(going from stock to Stage 3), will have them check it out too. Leaving it to the pros. I'll reply back once I hear from them what's up with that.
