Yep! I was just a kid at the time and it blew me away how it performed compared to our older Dell and other Pentium based computers. Encoding/ripping videos/music, barely being able to run Crysis at 1920x1080 on extreme settings, etc. Those were the good old days.
I'm thinking I might actually go with a Gigabyte Z87 board. Built a rig a while ago for my good friend and I really liked the ease of the BIOS and some of the features. I'm also reading less horror stories about RMA...

Has there been a spike in RAM price? I don't recall DDR3 being expensive, but that Kingston seems like a good value and I've not had issues with their memory in the past. Planning on using my old Thermaltake 750W PSU and only running one 760GTX card.
