Mostly highway, albeit higher speeds than the east coast, normally 80 ish but with construction now it's more like 65.

The computed MPG is definitely optimistic though, by at least 2-3 MPG when I last ran a tank and checked.

Boy, if I thought 148hp wasn't much at sea level, it's killing me a mile above! [emoji38]
for me, the 148hp has been sufficient both at sea level, and tolerable at elevation (Sierras) as long as there are only 2 adults in the car (+ one small child)...if there are 4 adults, the car is very sluggish.

i too have found the computer about 2mpg optimistic on average. but as i noted above, the odometer is off. so, Fuelly (using raw distances and gallons purchased) gives me a lifetime of 27.9mpg, the computer shows 29.7mpg, but in reality, it's right in between those. so the computer is about 1mpg optimistic in reality.
