I don't think you need to go that big to match a minivan.
Honda Pilot, Ford Explorer are 150 cu ft interior volume and under 200" long.
I agree SUV is not a passenger friendly as minivan, but if you need AWD...worth a compromise.
Unless you're planning on running a shuttle service to your new house, I don't know why you'd want a van with 10 passenger seating.
