First make sure the pressure is correct. It can go off if the tires have too high of pressure as well.
Some other things can make them go off when they shouldn’t, if the tire has a weird flex to it (like if you park on a rock or a curb for example) that can trigger them.
If the pressure is fine than see if it goes off over time, if not it could have been damaged or ran out of battery.
I don’t think spinning your tires has anything to do with it. I spin mine all the time in the winter and don’t have issues.
