You're biggest limiting factor is diameter. Forget about thinness of the tire for now. 27" will fit if you modify the front bumper to clear during turns, but ideally you want a 26" to 26.3" diameter to fit with no issues.

SWEET! I want 15", but I was under the impression they wouldn't clear the brakes.
Method 502 VT-Spec wheels look good, with General Grabber tires maybe.
