For the popular upgrade brakes, we know because other people have tried it and shared. For little teeny wheels like those 16's, that hasn't happened.

I supposed you could pull the wheels, make a cardboard template of the brakes, make a template that's the inverse of that, and stick it in the wheel and see if it fits. Or, you could just get them and try them on.

No. They will rub in the rear. We can usually roll them safely without cracking the paint, although that's not guaranteed. Or just run a narrower tire.
