if the alarm installer didn't lock your alarm's programming feature then you should be able to enable ignition controlled door locks:

To enter Systems Features Learn Routine:
1) Open driver door or any door
2) Turn ignition ON and OFF
3) Press and Hold the Valet button ONCE for Basic Features
4) After 3 seconds of Holding the Valet button you will hear 1 Chirp to indicate you are in Basic Features Menu
5) Release the Valet button
6) To access Ignition Controlled Door Locks press and release the Valet button 3 times and press the Valet button 1 more time and hold it down
7) The siren will chirp 3 times to let you know which Basic Feature you've selected
8) While holding down the Valet button, press the Lock/Unlock button on your keyfob to enable Ignition Controlled Door Locks
9) Release the Valet button and either close the door or then the Ignition to ON to exit Learning Routine.

If you try to enter the Learning Routine function and hear a long chirp, your alarm has been locked via the BitWriter and will require someone with this device to program your alarm.

I searched but came out empty. So any input will be appreciated...
