I ordered a Cooler Master 212 evo and am getting (seemingly) conflicting info about thermal paste application. Have you guys only applied it to the cpu, or do you follow the heat tube/ridge instruction too and apply it to the contact surface of the cooler as well? I'm using Arctic Silver 5.

As long as you don't install install it with the sticker still on the heat pipes of the 212 you'll probably be good.
Not that I did that or anything...but this guy I know totally did.
