Affects of sleep shortages, if you're a very active person (like me) will cause your body to break down/not heal quick.

Oh man. Now to just figure out how to balance everything out so I can have my cake and eat it too.
I cant work any less for financial reasons. I cant drop out of school becuase well I am already behind. I have no desire to quit boxing/muay thai because I love it and I need a social life because well I am young and I dont want to look back and have regrets.
