Thanks, I had a BLAST. The Warrior only had 3 issues, 2 which I did not expect:

1. Carbs are dirty/out of tune. This I knew. It would shut off while coming from a higher RPM to idle, almost like it was getting no fuel. This went hand in hand with an engine that would die if I went WOT from idle. First half of the day it did this a few times. Second half of the day it didn't do this until I would be nose down a steep incline at idle, and only happened twice. I also should not when this first happened, Choke would be the only way it started, and choke would have it idle high as it should. The second half of the day it actually acted RICH, in the choke was not needed, and choke would actually kill the engine. I started it yesterday cold and it did not like choke after 10-15 seconds. I'm thinking dirt finally got through the jets?

2. Axle carrier bolt threads stripped. This I did not know I had done, but when I adjusted the chain last week in prep for this ride, I overtightened the bottom carrier bolt, and stripped bolt the bolt and the nut threads. It held up for 3-4 hours, but finally let go a little after lunch. I was able to run to a hardware store near by and get some washers and a new nut, and tighten down on some healthy threads and it got me through the day. I will need to find a permanent solution. I also added locking split washers to the top carrier bolt because that kept coming loose on it's own, maybe because of the bad bottom one. Either way, it stayed solid for 3 more hours after.

3. I blew the rear brake line/seal somewhere. Around the same time the rear carrier bolt went, I lost my rear brakes. Fluid completely missing, and it leaked somewhere around the lid/reservoir for the rear brake fluid. You never realize how much you need the rear brake for hills until you don;t have it

I did not take many pictures throughout the day, I was busy riding or fixing the Warrior on the trails, but here is what I got.

Start of day; right after we paid to get on the trails

2 Hours into the day, took one of about 7 piss breaks (Large coffee was merciless!):

Lunch time, after i ran and fixed the rear end:

End of day, before loading onto the truck:

Helmet later that night at home:
