Replaced the PCV Valve yesterday. Not as hard as it looked. Once the TMIC is removed it’s all there in plain view. Definitely need long narrow flat head screw driver to release and long needle nose pliers to close those stupid clamps.
The ‘F’ shaped hose with the two outlets that sits on the block broke into 3 pieces as soon as we maneuvered it around. Clearly sees the most heat and was quite brittle. Other hoses were surprisingly perfectly fine.
Pretty sure it was the original PCV Valve in there. It made the slightest hint of noise but was basically clogged up and needed to be changed.
